These underwear inserts work well. They are absorbent and are great for accidents. The pads have an adhesive backing so you just peel off the sticker and stick it directly to the underwear. It is very sticky and stays in place well.
I have an autistic child that these help with overnight accidents. They stick great inside a pull up, absorb great, and are longer than other brands I've tried. I would recommend these to anyone needing an extra boost in absorbancy for a little one.
